How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Apartment near the beach with a large garden

This beautiful apartment with a size of 70 square meters is located in Letojanni, just a few steps from the ocean on the ground floor of a low building. Here you can easily accommodate 4-5 people. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees, tropical plants and many typical Sicilian lemon trees.

 

The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is the possibility to add an extra bed for the fifth person.

 

Guests will find all amenities needed to spend here a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite reception of foreign channels and air conditioning.

The living room has an access to the terrace with a table and chairs and a large garden with fruit trees. Here in the garden, there are 2 more tables, inviting to arrange a nice dinner outdoors in the company of friends. In the bathroom there is a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Also, the friendly landlord provides you with a parasol for the beach, which is located less than 200 meters from here.

 

A car is not necessary. Not only is the beach virtually on the doorstep, but also the bus stop is only 50 meters away. So if you want to go to other beaches, visit Taormina or go hiking, you have no problems. The center of Letojanni is located less than 1 km away, but the nearest bar and a newsstand/snack bar that opens in the summer are only 80 meters away.

However, if you have a car, you can park right in front of the house on a quiet street.

 

A perfect location for a relaxing stay surrounded by a fresh breeze and a beautiful landscape - the scenery for a memorable and relaxing holiday!
