1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This comfortable apartment is located in the heart of Taormina, just a few steps from Corso Umberto, the main street and pedestrian area of ​​the city.

The apartment was recently renovated and is located on the 1th floor of a stately house, built like an elegant mansion.

Through the hall you reach the large kitchen, where you can cook and dine comfortably with all kitchen accessories present. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with TV and private bathrooms - one with bathtub, one with shower.

In addition to standard amenities such as refrigerator, freezer and washing machine, the apartment also has heating and air conditioning for the warm Sicilian summerdays. Free WiFi Internet access for the guests is included in the rent.

 

The location of the property is ideal - close to the Greek theater, all shops and services of Corso Umberto in the immediate vicinity and also not far to explore the night life of Taormina. In addition, the cable car is only 200 meters away and it takes you directly to the most famous site of Taormina, the beach of Isola Bella. The cable car is very comfortable and the trip takes only about 5 minutes. Otherwise, the Porta Messina is only 100 meters away. Here you will find bus stops, from where buses to other beaches on the coast leave and where you find specialized agencies that organize trips to all major attractions in the vicinity: From the Alcantara Gorges to Mount Etna.

 

If you have a car, it may be difficult in this central area to find parking. However, you can park in the public parking of Taormina and take from there the shuttle into the city to the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
