How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This charming room is located in the center of Taormina, just a few steps away from the main street  Corso Umberto. This B & B room is unique, since it is located in a private house, inhabited by the owner.

The room belongs to an apartment which is located on the first floor of a house in the center of Taormina. A few steps lead from the small road to the house. Such small staircases in front of the entrance are typical for town houses in Taormina. Strolling along the main roads you will always encounter locals sitting on the steps in front of the houses, where they spend a few spare minutes in conversation with neighbors and friends.

The B&B room is designed for two persons, but of course it can also be rented by an individual. Here you’ll find two single beds and the room offers you privacy. The rest of the apartment is shared with the owner: the bathroom with a shower, the large living room with a table for 6 people and a flat screen TV, the separate kitchen and the balcony. The room in which you will stay has air conditioning for the hot days of the Sicilian summer.

This room offers foreigners who want to learn Italian in Taormina, or tourists who would like to spend their holiday in company a great opportunity to meet locals, to strengthen language skills and experience of the true Sicilian life.
