How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Sea View Apartment in Taormina

This cosy first floor apartment of around 110 square metres sits in a quiet area, just outside the bustling centre of Taormina itself. On top of enough space for up to 5 people, importantly, it can also offer a calming view of the sea.

 

The apartment is composed of one double bedroom and a further bedroom with room to sleep up to three people. The double bedroom has access to a terrace with a sea view, whilst the other has a small balcony that overlooks the rear of the apartment. The living room is very bright and airy, offering a comfortable area in which to relax. At your disposal besides this are large sofas, an LCD TV, a stereo, an eating area, a fully equiped kitchenette with oven, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is access to the terrace from the living area, providing you with the opportunity to enjoy the romantic sea view of Letojanni and Calabria with a good glass of wine in the fresh evening air.

The bathroom is equiped with a bath and other accessories in the house include an iron, a drying rack, a penguin fan and a computer in the corridor.

 

The area offers the best of both worlds given that it's quiet yet only 200m from the historic centre, where all of the principle attractions of Taormina await you. Between the fish restaurants, fashion boutiques and night life it's well worth the short walk! In the immediate area there is a mini-market, a café and a fruit & veg market. All of the bus stops for excursions, as well as the shuttles to the beach, are around 200m away at Porta Messina, where there is also a funucular (cliff railway) that takes you to Isola Bella and a taxi rank.

 

For a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in the pearl of Sicily, you can't do better than Taormina!
