1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This elegant 5 star apartment is situated in a prime location at the beach, directly at the Lungomare of Giardini Naxos. The apartment has a size of 50 sqm and enough space for 2-5 people.

 

The flat has two bedrooms that are both furnished very modernly. Elegant built in closets are a fancy and space saving way to create much storage space in a relative small room.

The two rooms are connected, but separate entrances also allow the individual rental. Thanks to the top position, you need only to cross the road to get to the beautiful beach of Giardini Naxos, and thus you can also avoid the stress of searching for a parking space.

The triple room is located right in front of the beach and guarantees you the unique feeling to wake up, open the blinds and to look directly onto the sparkling ocean and breathe in the fresh morning breeze.

 

Modern colors as well as an extraordinary decoration of the walls not only let the rooms be unique but also make them feel very comfortably.

 

Both rooms appear modern, airy and comfortable at the same time thanks to the decent interplay of pastel-colors and dark violet in one room and an interplay of pastel-colors and dark blue in the other room. A flatscreen was installed in both rooms in front of the bed for you to enjoy watching TV right in your cosy bed.

The comfortable and stylish beds guarantee you a deep sleep. Another bed can be added in the room with seaviews on request. The bedrooms can be rented individually or together by families or friends.

 

Just relax on your holidays and find your distance from the daily hassle.

 

Near by you’ll find a busstop from where you can reach the center of Taormina or the beaches. If you travel by car you have the possibility to rent a parking space for 30,00 Euro per week or use one of the public parking spaces available. Air conditioning and final cleaning are included in the rent.

 

BE AWARE: This apartment has no kitchen! Yet restaurants, bars and pubs as well as ice cream parlours are in the immediate vicinity, actually even right below the apartment. You can’t stay any more central than in this place! Enjoy the infinty of the ocean and enjoy the romantic atmosphere that you won’t forget any time soon.
