How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Apartment overlooking the old town of Taormina

 

This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Taormina, near the main street Corso Umberto, just a few steps from the town gate Porta Messina, 150 m from the cable car and 250 meters from the Roman- Greek theater. The beaches of Taormina (Isola Bella, Mazzarò, Spisone) that are located a few kilometers away from the city, are easily accessible by bus or cable car. All other services, shops and restaurants are located just below the house.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical building in the center of Taormina, and extends  on one floor. The building has 3 floors all together and the top floor is accessed via a spiral staircase. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for people with walking disabilities.

In the living room you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Old Town. Yet in the bedroom one has a romantic view overlooking the old town of Taormina all the way to the open sea and Etna.

The apartment has a living room with a kitchenarea where one finds a spacious sofa bed for one person. Moreover there is a triple room with a double and a single bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower. A total of 4 people can stay in the holiday flat.

The accommodation is well equipped - a kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, as well as a TV, fan, hot water tank and a hair dryer are available. Bed linen and towels are available only on demand.

Children under 6 years are free. Children up to 12 years receive a discount of 50% upon arrival at the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.
