1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Pretty holiday apartment within the nature

This pretty holiday apartment is located in the midst of the Mediterranean nature, 10 minutes from the historic center of Taormina.The flat offers on 65 sqm enough space for 2-6 persons. The pretty apartment is offering you everything you need for a holiday without stress.

After a long day in the nature, at the beach and in the sun, there is nothing better then to relax in a cozy, soft double bed in the lovely decorated bedroom. In the living room the décor of the bedroom walls continues, and traditional ceramic will catch your eye. Here you also find a big dining table for family and friends, as well as a sofa bed for 2 persons.

In case you’ll have visitors, there are 2 extra beds available. Sitting at the little coffe table, you can plan your day or have some coffee. In the functionally equipped kitchen with gas stove and all necessary electric appliances you can enjoy cooking with family and friends.

After a wonderful day at the beach, enjoy the last rayes of sunlight on the terrace or enjoy the well-deserved silence in the cuddly bed. You can also enjoy breakfast at sunrise on the Mediterranean decorated, spacious terrace, or reflect the day in the evenings over dinner with friends and family on the terrace.

From the terrace you have a great view of the nicely arranged garden with the ample vegetation and an Mediterranean fountain. A great place to chill out in the evenings surrounded by the chirring of the crickets with a fine glass of wine or enjoy the sun during daytime on a sunbed.

It is recommended to travel by car, even though the house is not so far away from the center of Taormina. A 500 meters long road which leads to the house is not paved.
