1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Apartment with panoramic views in the center of Taormina

This beautiful apartment is located in a quiet area in the center of Taormina, near Porta Catania. On 45 square meters there is plenty of space for 4-5 persons and the two balconies of the apartment offer  a romantic view.

 

In the apartment there is a bright bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Here you have access to a balcony with a romantic view of the sea and the Porta Catania. The living room offers a pleasant place to relax. Here you will find a table, chairs, a flat screen TV, air conditioning, a sofa bed for 2 persons, and furthermore an open, fully equipped kitchen. Here you can find everything you need to prepare lunch and dinner. The living room is very bright and opens up to the second balcony, the larger of the two. Here you have a view of the hilly area of Taormina, of Castelmola and the Sanctuary of “Madonna della Rocca”. The elegant bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and a washing machine.

 

Also, a fifth person can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa pull-out sofa in the hallway outside the living room.

 

The many amenities of the apartment include, in addition to air conditioning in the living room, mobile air conditioning and a small TV in the bedroom, as well as a heater for the cooler months.

 

The area is really beautiful. The center of Taormina is not more than 100 meters away. There you will find boutiques, restaurants, bars, clubs and all services the city has to offer. The nearest bar is about 30 meters from here. Within walking distance is a restaurant and a butcher with a snack bar. The supermarket is located towards Porta Catania, about 100 meters away. If you like to visit the beach, you can walk the 500 meters to Porta Messina and take one of the buses and shuttles. Alternatively, at Porta Messina you can also take the cable car that takes you to the famous Isola Bella in 5 minutes.

 

In this area like everywhere in the center of Taormina parking is not possible. Parking spaces against a charge are available near the city center and they are well connected by shuttle buses to the center.

 

This is the ideal solution for a holiday full of sun, ocean, entertainment and comfort in the company of friends or family!
