1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This holiday apartment in Sant'Alessio Siculo in the beautiful Val d'Agro will surprise you.

It is situated between the sea and land, surrounded by century old lemon trees, and you will find here a heavenly peace. The sounds, scents and colors of the Sicilian landscape will allow you to retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house in which there is yet another holiday apartment. However, the apartment has a private entrance. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The living room is cozy and furnished in a traditional, yet high quality style. There is also a kitchenette and a dining area.

The apartment has a large car park, which has to be shared with the other houseguests. Therefore you can avoid the stressful search for a parking space during the summer and park right outside the apartment. In addition you will have a private porch and a large communal garden to your use. Moreover this apartment also has its own little private garden.

Travelling by car is recommended. However, this apartment can be reached via a bike path and there are six bicycles available for guests of the house. Restaurants, bars, shops, and the sea are located within 1 km and can be reached easily by bike. Just leave your car at the apartment!

In this beautiful apartment, you will see what a pleasure it can be to spend long evenings on the porch. The singing of the crickets and cicadas, the pleasant and refreshing sea breeze and the scent of orange blossoms ensures relaxation.

Here you have an absolutely fantastic and cozy garden available and you live at the same time near the sea.
