1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Apartment just a few meters from the beach

This cozy apartment has been recently restored and is located on the first floor of a flat and quiet building in Letojanni. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the sea and the center and the house is located in a typical narrow street which is closed to traffic. On 40 sqm 3-4 people can spend holidays in this flat.

 

The apartment is well maintained and consists of two rooms, separated by a modern curtain: a great solution to make the apartment feel airy and spacious. In the living room lit with spotlights, there is a sofa bed for 2 persons, an open, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your lunch and dinner as well as a coffee maker and a espresso maker, a table, chairs and an LCD TV with satellite connection. There is also a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. The bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe - very handy to organize your clothes during longer stays. Also in the living room you will find speakers and a charger for iPhones.

 

The apartment has a long balcony opening up in the direction of the typical alley which you reach by the large glass door in the living room. The apartment is also always pleasantly cool. But if it should not be fresh enough for you, you also have a ceiling fan and an air conditioner to your disposal in the apartment.

 

The situation in Letojanni is perfect. In fact, the beach is more or less below the house. Also just a few steps away are all the restaurants, bars and the service of the center. The bus station and shuttle stop is very close as well and from there you can reach the other beaches and the famous Taormina, where you can visit, among many other things, the famous Teatro Greco or go shopping in the center with the many boutiques.

 

So actually a car is not needed and you can leave the hustle and bustle of the everyday traffic behind and dedicate yourself entirely to a relaxing vacation, to days filled with beach, sea, sun and entertainment.

 

However, if you have a car you can park on the street with parking fees or park the car in a public parking in Letojanni.
