2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.

How to cancel

Cancelling a binding booking causes cancellation fees. The fee depends on the date you cancel your binding booking.

Please note: An inquiry on our website is not binding. A booking is only binding when an advance payment has been made.

 

These are our cancellation fees:

1. Cancellation until 60 days before the begin of rental period

2. Cancellation 59 to 43 days before the begin of rental period 50% of effected advance payment

3. Cancellation 42 days or shorter before rental period -> no refund of advance payment

 

The client has to pay the transfer fees for refunding advance payments.

      This spacious apartment (up to 10 people) in Giardini Naxos (district Recanati) can serve as a comfortable accomodation for your whole family  in order to spend an unique holiday in Sicily. The 3 room apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 eat-in kitchen, 1 bathroom) is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a modern holiday residence. The highlights of the apartment are the balcony and an additional large roof terrace. Both, the terrace and the balcony are places that offer you a fantastic view of the sea, of Mount Etna and also of Taormina.   On the outside is a very large garden that can be used by all guests of the residence. During summer, you may also participate in a series of organized activities in the vicinity of your accommodation.  The beach of Recanati is about 600 m away from your holiday home and during the high season a free shuttle bus passes between the holiday complex and the beach.   The busy towncenter of Recanati with its nightclubs, restaurants, bars and pubs is located only 800 m away. A big supermarket can be reached in 3 minutes only. Here you also find the bus stop for busses in direction Taormina (5 km), Messina (55 km) and Catania (45 km). Also close to your holiday apartment is another bus stop, where buses pass that offer excursions to Mount Etna and other destinations throughout Sicily. Not far from the holiday complex is a riding stable and a little water amusement park with fun water slides. This location is ideal for those arriving by car and since it has a free parking space for one car. The connection to the highway is excellent.

    At the end of the village of Sant’Alfio and by the road leading out of it is Casa La Conchiglia, which has been transformed into two tasteful apartments with sea view.   The house is located in a very quiet area, however just 1 km away from the village center where you can find all kind of stores, restaurants and bars. Public transport is close by. A sloping ramp and a few steps lead to the lower apartment, while the other is on the first floor. Each has its own terrace and garden area .   From the veranda on the ground-floor, is possible to see the panorama of the Catania gulf, while the panoramas over the fruit orchards finish at the volcano. Both the apartaments include kitchen, bathroom and a variable sleeps number.   The house consists of two apartments. One on the ground floor and one on the first floor which are separated and have an individual entrance. Each apartment can be rented separately or together. Here you find the apartment on the first floor.   Embedded in the green Sicilian countryside, at the foot of the most impressive volcano of Europe, in the picturesque village of Sant’ Alfio, and only 500 meters away from the famous “Castagno dei Cento Cavalli” (One Hundred Horses Chestnut-Tree) , there is the Residence La Conchiglia.   The Residence La Conchiglia offers you the possibility to enjoy the beauties which Sicily reserves for you. Actually, Etna is easily accessible; you can reach Piano Provenzana or Rifugio Citelli quickly by car. From there it is possible to take paths on your own or to participate in guided tours during all the year. Furthermore, within 15 minutes by car, you can visit one of the most beautiful coasts of Sicily, the famous beach of Fondachello, Marina di cottone, San Marco e Giardini Naxos.
